St. Patrick's Band continue to raise funds to expand its membership and provide musical education to Galwegians

In 1995 the band commenced a new learner class to enlarge the playing membership. The purchase of new instruments became a priority and the citizens of Galway responded to the fundraising activities as the band approached its centenary year in 1996.
