St. Patrick's Band commit to the '12 gigs of Christmas' in conjunction with the Galway City Council

The Band again used the opportunity to reassemble in Christmas 2021, on this occasion presenting a plan to the Galway City Council to provide 12 gigs to different communities across Galway to spread cheer and joy during the Christmas period.

As always, they were delighted to have the opportunity to resume playing together, and though committed to such a rigorous schedule which meant they had to turn out several times per week, they managed to meet their target of playing all 12 gigs, and the happiness expressed by each of those communitites made it completely worthwhile and more.
