An Taoiseach John Bruton thanks St. Patrick's Band after attending a Music Recital in aid of the Galway Hospice Foundation

Dear Peter,

This is just a short note to thank you very much for inviting me to visit St. Patrick's Hall last Saturday.

I was very pleased to meet you and the other members of the band and your German colleagues. Thank you too for the wonderful rendition of "One Moment in Time" which was beautifully performed by the joint band.

I hope that your concert on the night was a great success and that you earned lots of money for the Hospice Foundation.

The presentation of the Galway Crystal ball is very much appreciated.

Keep up the good work.

Best wishes.

Yours Sincerely,

John Bruton

Taoiseach
